These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PhantomAC software, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by PhantomAC ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, making a purchase, or downloading our software, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.
PhantomAC provides a software client for Minecraft Java Edition that offers additional functionality including but not limited to combat modules, movement modules, visual enhancements, and anti-cheat bypass capabilities. The software is provided as a digital product delivered via download link and license key.
Educational Notice: PhantomAC is intended for use in environments where such modifications are permitted. Use of this software on servers that prohibit client modifications is done entirely at your own risk and discretion.
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PhantomAC solely for your own personal use. This license does not permit you to:
Each purchase generates a unique license key associated with your account. Upon first launch of the client, your Hardware ID (HWID) will be permanently bound to your license key. This binding is a security measure to prevent unauthorized sharing of the software.
PhantomAC offers the following plans:
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Plans do not auto-renew. Upon expiration, your license key will be deactivated and client access will be revoked until renewal.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our product, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed and a license key has been issued. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and accept this policy.
If you experience technical issues with the software, please contact our support team via Discord and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably suspect are being shared, abused, or used in violation of these Terms.

All content, code, design, trademarks, and materials associated with PhantomAC are the exclusive property of PhantomAC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without our prior written consent.
PhantomAC is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
Ban Risk: Use of PhantomAC on servers that prohibit client modifications may result in your Minecraft account being banned. We accept no responsibility for bans, account suspensions, or any consequences arising from use of our software on such servers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhantomAC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
