Terms of Service

01Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, purchasing a license, or using the Solstice Client loader, you ("user", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the linked Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to maintain an account.

02Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We recommend enabling 2FA on day one. If your account is compromised because you reused a password from a breached service, we will help you recover but cannot refund lost license time.

• One human, one account. Sharing accounts is grounds for termination.
• Use a real email. Throwaway addresses block password resets.
• Notify us at security@solsticeclient.shop if you suspect unauthorized access.

03License grant

When you activate a key, Solstice Client grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the loader on the hardware bound to your account for the duration of your subscription.

You may

• Use the loader on one machine at a time, identified by HWID.
• Reset your HWID up to 3 times per billing cycle.
• Transfer your account to a new email by contacting support.

You may not

• Resell, sublicense, lease, or redistribute the loader or your key.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or analyze the loader's bypass internals.
• Share your account with other people, even free of charge.
• Use the loader against games or platforms that Solstice Client does not officially support.

04Refunds & HWID resets

Full refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase, provided your key has not been activated. Once a key is bound to an HWID, the sale is final.

HWID resets are included with every plan (3 per billing cycle). Additional resets cost $5 each, processed automatically on request. Excessive reset patterns — more than 6 in 30 days — trigger a manual review.

Chargebacks without first contacting support will result in immediate, permanent account termination and a forever-ban on your hashed HWID.

05Acceptable use

The following activities will get your account terminated without refund:

1. Selling or distributing your key, account, or any extracted loader binaries.
2. Stream-sniping support staff or harassing other users in our Discord.
3. Attempting to bypass the licensing system or HWID binding.
4. Using the service to commit fraud, identity theft, or other crimes.
5. Posting screenshots that publicly identify our injection technique, loader internals, or staff.

06Disclaimer of warranty

Solstice Client is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the loader undetected and the bypass current, but anti-cheat vendors update without notice and detection windows do happen. We do not guarantee:

• That your account in any third-party game will not be banned.
• That every feature will work in every match, on every map, every time.
• Uninterrupted service during emergency maintenance.

Game bans are not eligible for refunds or compensation under any circumstances.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solstice Client's total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of game progress, in-game items, ranked rating, or third-party account standing.

08Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email and a banner on the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
