How do I reset my HWID?
Open your dashboard → License → Reset HWID. The next time you launch the loader it'll bind to the new machine. Each plan includes 3 resets; extra tokens can be bought if needed.
The loader won't inject — what now?
Make sure to run the launcher as Administrator. Disable third-party overlays (Discord, RivaTuner, GeForce Experience) and temporarily add an antivirus exclusion for the loader. If the error persists, note the code (e.g.
E_INJ_4002) and include it in your ticket.Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer refunds within 24 hours of purchase if the client is incompatible with your system and your key has not been activated. Activated keys are non-refundable. Refer to our Terms of Service.
Was I banned because of Solstice Client?
Solstice Client bypasses client detection, but does not shield you from manual reports, spectator bans, or flag bans. We offer bypass updates regularly, but game accounts are your responsibility. See our liability waiver in the Terms.
Is my data safe?
We only store your account username, email, and a hashed HWID fingerprint. Payments are handled securely via Stripe and crypto checkouts — we never see or process your credit card details. Read our Privacy Policy.
Which games are supported?
We actively support Fortnite, Apex Legends, Rust, CS2, Escape from Tarkov, and Warzone. Live status updates of game client bypasses are shown in the User Dashboard.
